Free Play in the Community

Our guide to FREE Open Access Summer 2018 Play Sessions gives details of the sessions being held across Milton Keynes between 23rd July and 4th September. These include the massive MK Festival of Play is on Tuesday 31st July from 10am to 4pm at Marsh Drive Sports Ground, Great Linford MK14 5HH. We’ve been running open access play sessions for many years across the city and have some brand new sites for summer 2018. Thanks to MK Community Foundation and the Community, Parish and Town councils in each of the areas for funding these open access sessions.

We’ve sessions in Bletchley, Bradville, Bradwell Common, Bradwell Village, Brooklands, Broughton, Crownhill, Emerson Valley, Fairfields, Fullers Slade, Furzton, Great Holm, Great Linford, Hanslope, Heelands, Kents Hill, Kingsmead, Lakes Estate, Loughton, Medbourne, MK Village, Monkston, Monkston Park, Neath Hill, New Bradwell, Newton Leys, Oakgrove, Oakridge Park, Shenley Brook End, Shenley Church End, Stantonbury, Stony Stratford, Two Mile Ash, Walnut Tree, Westcroft, West Bletchley, Whitehouse.

If there is no session in your area then feel free to visit one elsewhere this summer. Unfortunately we cannot fit in any more sessions this summer but please do make contact with your local parish/town council and ask them to consider funding sessions later this year or in Easter or Summer 2019. The MK Festival of Play is on Tuesday 31st July from 10am to 4pm at Marsh Drive Sports Ground, Great Linford MK14 5HH. This massive open access play event includes: Inflatables, circus workshop, arts and crafts, face painting, MK Dons, under 5s area, story telling, drama workshop. FREE ENTRY and all the activities are free! Food and refreshments will be available to purchase. Book it in your diary now and join us for a great day of play! These vital play sessions provide children with the opportunity to enjoy arts, crafts, sports, games and use the inflatable equipment during half terms and school holidays.
